How do I edit the details of my user account?
Your account details can be updated by clicking Settings in the dropdown menu. The dropdown menu is located to the right of your user icon in the top right screen. Your name, email address, phone number and password can all be edited on this screen.

How do I reset my password?
There are two quick and simple ways to update or reset your password:
1) Click settings in the dropdown menu - located to the right of your user icon in the top right screen
2) Click Update Password after clicking the three dots to the right of the appropriate user from the User List - located on the organization screen

How do I see my tractor's current location and condition?
A basic overview, including machine location and key information can be found on the map screen. For more detail about a specific machine, locate the tractor on the map or select the unit using the asset list located to the left of the map.

Who has access to my telematics data?
You own the rights to all personal data related to your machine. You have the power to add authorized users that can access your machine information. Please note that your local dealers can see faults, alerts and machine status in order to support you better. You have the right to decline CBX services - however, your account will be disabled if you choose to opt-out.

What machines can be tracked by telematics?
Versatile includes factory-installed telematics on model year 2022 and all future tractors built for North America.

What can I do if my tractor isn't visible on the Portal?
Versatile tests every tractor and checks that the telematics software is correctly reporting machine information before shipping. If you find that a tractor is not connecting to the telematics system correctly, there are a few things to check:
• Check the telematics device diagnostic lights are indicating proper power and operating state
• Check the GPS and cellular antennas are connected properly and are working
• Contact your dealer to ensure the tractor has been set up in the Portal, and been assigned to your farm
• Contact your dealer to ensure that your subscription is up to date

How do I set up a Geofence?
Geofence technology allows users to set clear boundaries and receive real-time alerts when vehicles enter or exit the parameters.

How do I set up notifications for alerts & faults?
Notifications and alerts can be customized directly from the Portal. Find your tractor on the map screen and access the tractor dashboard. Then, click on the subscription tab at the top of the dashboard and select the appropriate user. Finally, click the bell icon to turn on all applicable notifications. Please note that the red bell icon means that the notification is turned on.
